LO2 - Recce (P3)

When planning my two idents, one factor I will need to consider when filming this is choosing an appropriate location to film. Some examples I have in mind are the following: 

Ident 1

Start month	November
Date	Valid for the month of November

Outdoor.

Time	12:00PM
Location	London - Me and my crew are going to go to the inner city to film the beginning of my idents.
Permission	NA
Risk	Slipping over equipment - The equipment are big which can result in accidents.
Equipment	Camera & tripod - Camera is needed to record and tripod is going to be used for making sure that there is a clear straight shot.
Transport	Available - We are going to be taking train to the inner city of London to film.
Toilets	Available - We are going to use the toilets from McDonalds or other fast-food restaurants.
Lighting	NA
Power supply	Available - In London there will be areas with power supplies.
Traffic	Yes - On the way to London they maybe some traffic.
Food	Provided - I will bring food with me or I will pay for peoples food.

Ident 1

Start month	November
Date	Valid for the month of November

Outdoor.

Time	12:00PM
Location	Crucible Park - We are going to film in Crucible park to film majority of the ident.
Permission	None
Risk	Someone can steal equipment when left unattended
Equipment	Camera & tripod - Camera is needed to record and tripod is going to be used for making sure that there is a clear straight shot.
Transport	Available - We will walk to the park as the park is nearby.
Toilets	NA
Lighting	NA
Power supply	Available - I will be carrying a power supply on me in case the battery dies.
Traffic	NA
Food	Provided - I will bring food with me or I will pay for peoples food.

Ident 2

Start month	October / November
Date	Valid for the month of October / November

Inside

Time	13:00PM
Location	London - Me and my crew are going to go to the inner city to film the beginning of my idents.
Permission	NA
Risk	Equipment can get stolen
Equipment	Camera & tripod - Camera is needed to record and tripod is going to be used for making sure that there is a clear straight shot.
Transport	Available - We are going to be taking train to the inner city of London to film.
Toilets	Available - We are going to use the toilets from McDonalds or other fast-food restaurants.
Lighting	Available - I will be bringing equipment to help produce more light.
Power supply	Available - In London there will be areas with power supplies.
Traffic	Potentially - It depends on the time me and my team go and film the portion of the ident.

Location	School - We are in school which will make my ident easy to film
Permission	NA
Risk	Wet floors - Depending on the time, there could wet floors. We need to be careful when filming to prevent risk.
Equipment	Camera & tripod - Camera is needed to record and tripod is going to be used for making sure that there is a clear straight shot.
Transport	None
Toilets	Available - The school has toilets we can use
Lighting	Available - The school has the correct equipment if required. This means that if there are some issues regarding light, the school is ready to provide me with it.
Power supply	Available - The school has the correct equipment if required. This means that if there are some issues regarding power supplies, the school \ is ready to provide me with it.
